WildWoods: AGLOW was a unique collaboration with the Fernbank Museum, located within a lush, native forest in Atlanta, Georgia. During the winter months, the forest trail was underutilized, and we were brought in to reimagine the space as an immersive, interactive nighttime experience that would celebrate and animate the natural surroundings.
I originally joined the project to lead the art and multimedia direction for the video projection mapping components. As the project evolved, I stepped into the role of Creative Director, overseeing the full design, production, and installation of all creative elements.
The result was a truly magical experience that transformed the forest into a living, breathing nighttime environment. Highlights included motion-activated singing mushrooms, integrated sound and lighting design, whimsical 2D animation, and immersive projection mapping — all working together to bring the woods to life in a way that was both enchanting and educational.
